If you are utilizing our Utility Management System, we will be on-site with you when you are producing your first bill run. If there are any issues, we fix them right then and there.

All support is FREE for the first 30 days AFTER you agree the system is set up to your satisfaction.

All clients that maintain a Level 1 Support Agreement receive priority support.

Every call is logged into our call support system and an incident number is assigned. This allows us to track and document every issue in detail until it is brought to a conclusion.

We also utilize remote access which allows us to look at your database in real time. We can then interactively discuss with you any entry issues and needed changes to the various databases.

In addition we utilize an FTP server for the most difficult issues. This allows you to send us your database at a very high rate of speed where we can examine it at our location.
